My name is Andrew. I’m an aspiring (as-of-yet unpublished…. and at the time of starting this blog, even unsubmitted) writer. I started writing regularly in college, mostly fanfiction, and published it on a website that grew to probably a couple of hundred regular readers. Then college got harder, and I stopped writing.
About a year and a half ago, I picked it up again, and started writing short little personal narratives, feeling my way back into a craft that I had too-long neglected. Since then, I’ve written a few short stories, the first chapter of a couple of novels, and have more or less been letting my muse wander back and forth as it wants. It’s a flighty little thing, which means I have a lot of not-very-complete projects. In time I’ll see if I can bring it to heel.
I started this blog partly because all authors need a website, and partly so I can post interesting stuff from the trips I’ll be taking in September, but mostly so that I can track, long-term, my writer’s journey. And of course, as another outlet for my flightly little muse (just what it needs, I’m sure).

Andrew:
I will be waiting with baited breath to see what you write on your trip down under.
